About the Author
country music & culture means everything to me. Growing up as a kid, it was odd to see neighbors helping each other out over the simplest things. Forgot butter at the store? Call Martha next door and she’ll get you a whole stick and some! I remember listening to Dwight Yoakam and Lynyrd Skynyrd with my dad…and who could forget helping my uncle Roy haul hay in the heat of the summer.
I say all of this because that kind of culture is the very part of who I am as a person. Through this publication, I’d like to preserve & highlight artists & people that embody that same friendliness & work ethic that I’ve grown up around.
